* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of southeast Michigan, including the following county, Monroe.
* WHEN...Until 330 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1231 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of around 0.5 are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Monroe, Flat Rock, Temperance, Luna Pier, Lambertville, La Salle, Gibraltar, Erie, Rockwood, South Rockwood, Estral Beach, Bolles Harbor, Detroit Beach, Toledo Beach, Woodland Beach, Stony Point, Newport and Samaria. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
