* WHAT...For the Gale Warning, southeast winds 35 to 45 kt with gusts up to 55 kt and seas 19 to 24 ft. For the Small Craft Advisory, southwest winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 15 to 20 ft expected.
* WHERE...Cape Spencer to Cape Fairweather from 15 to 85 NM.
* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 3 PM AKST Friday. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 3 PM Friday to 6 AM AKST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
