* WHAT...For the first Small Craft Advisory, northeast winds 20 to 30 kt and seas 12 to 17 ft. For the Gale Warning, east winds 35 to 45 kt with gusts up to 60 kt and seas 19 to 24 ft expected. For the second Small Craft Advisory, south winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and seas 16 to 21 ft expected.
* WHERE...Cape Fairweather to Icy Cape out to 15 NM.
* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 6 AM AKST Friday. For the Gale Warning, from 6 AM to noon AKST Friday. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from noon Friday to 6 AM AKST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
