At 331 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9 miles east of San Pablo, or 33 miles northeast of Questa, moving northeast at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.
Locations impacted include... Trinidad, San Luis, Cokedale, Starkville, Gulnare, Cuchara Pass, Stonewall, San Pablo, Spanish Peaks, Cuchara, Boncarbo, Segundo, Chama, Weston, Indian Creek on the southeastern Spring Burn Scar, and southeastern Spring Burn Scar south of Highway 160 in Huerfano county.
