* At 301 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line from 21 NM northwest of Cape Romain Reef to over Castle Pinkney, moving southeast at 15 knots.
HAZARD...Wind gusts to 34 knots.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves.
