At 442 PM CDT, Broadcast media reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain near County Road 244 and Highway 15. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen over the past 90 minutes. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding.
