* IMPACTS...At 24.0 feet, Water appears in low areas in the extreme eastern portion of the city of Monticello.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:15 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 23.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late tomorrow evening and continue falling to 16.9 feet Thursday morning. - Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
