* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft, especially when operating near to, or attempting to cross, the Columbia River Bar.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Very strong ebb current of 6.36 kt at 445 PM Sunday. Seas 11 to 12 ft. Ebb current of 4.24 kt at 507 AM Monday. Seas 5 to 6 ft. Very strong ebb current of 6.8 kt at 522 PM Monday. Seas 6 to 7 ft.
