* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, south winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 7 to 12 ft. For the Gale Warning, southeast winds 35 to 45 kt with gusts up to 60 kt and seas 15 to 20 ft expected.
* WHERE...Dixon Entrance to Cape Decision out to 15 NM.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until midnight AKST Sunday night. For the Gale Warning, from midnight Sunday night to 6 AM AKST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
