Over the past week, widespread rainfall totals have been between 5 and 7 inches across portions of Grant, Kay, and Noble Counties of Oklahoma. While additional rainfall in these areas is not guaranteed, additional thunderstorms are expected in this region.
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...A portion of northern Oklahoma, including the following counties, Grant, Kay and Noble.
* WHEN...Through 7 AM Saturday morning.
* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional amounts of one half to one inch will create additional flooding issues in the watch area. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
