* At 220 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Sandy Hook Reef, moving east at 15 knots.
HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots and large hail.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. Large hail could result in structural damage.
