West Fork of Whitewater River at Alpine.

East Fork Whitewater River at Abington.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...East Fork Whitewater River at Abington.

* WHEN...From this afternoon to late tonight.

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Water begins to cover portions of North Brownsville Road, with access cut off along the West Clifton Road Bridge near Yankee Town.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:45 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 9.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 15.5 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage this evening. - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
