.Major river flooding is expected. Heavy rainfall of three to well over eight inches that fell from Tuesday night through much of Wednesday will bring major flooding to some area waterways, including the White River in the Muncie and Anderson areas. Moderate river flooding is expected further downstream in the Noblesville area, and currently minor lowland flooding is forecast downstream of there.

* IMPACTS...At 11.5 feet, Water on the shoulder and edge of SR 1 south of the junction with SR 28 in western Randolph County.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:00 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 11.1 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 11:00 PM EDT Wednesday was 11.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 11.4 feet just after midnight tonight.
