* WHERE...Des Plaines River from IL/WI state line downstream to US-41 in Gurnee, including the Russell gauge.

* WHEN...Until late Saturday night.

* IMPACTS...At 8.0 feet, Agricultural and park land is inundated near the river. Residential property is threatened near the river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:30 AM CDT Monday the stage was 8.2 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 9:30 AM CDT Monday was 8.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 8.6 feet just after midnight tonight.
