* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Verdigris River at Altoona.

* WHEN...From Friday morning to early Saturday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, Flood waters begin to threaten outlining facilities of the city's water plant. Water Plant's clearwell may become flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:45 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 6.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow morning to a crest of 21.0 feet tomorrow evening. It will then fall below flood stage early Saturday morning. - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
