* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of southeast Florida, including the following counties, Broward and Miami-Dade.
* WHEN...Until 415 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 222 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Hollywood, Miramar, Hallandale, Miami Gardens, North Miami, North Miami Beach, Dania Beach, Opa-Locka, West Park, Ojus, Hard Rock Stadium, Golden Glades, Westview, Pembroke Park, Ives Estates, Hollywood Downtown and Saint Thomas University. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
