Small Craft Advisory

* WHAT...West winds 15 to 25 kt.

* WHERE...Palau and Yap Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 5 PM ChST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...An intensifying monsoon surge along the southern peripheries of a developing trough axis stretching from TS Saudel southwestward, is expected to continue to enhance a disturbance just over Yap. This will continue to bring persistently fresh to strong westerlies to much of western Micronesia the next several days. As this monsoon surge is expected to bring conditions hazardous a little longer than previously expected, the Small Craft Advisory has been extended through at least Sunday afternoon.
