* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Kansas, including the following county, Sumner.

* WHEN...Until 100 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 801 PM CDT, trained weather spotters reported heavy rain in the warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Wellington, Mayfield and Milan.
