* Special Marine Warning for... Waters from Surf City NC to Little River Inlet SC from 20 to 60 NM...
* Until 1215 AM EDT.
* At 1157 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing waterspouts was located 27 nm southeast of Wreck 33, moving east at 15 knots.
HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts to 40 knots, and small hail.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves.
