* Special Marine Warning for... Coastal waters from Pensacola FL to Pascagoula MS out 20 NM... Mississippi Sound...

* Until 830 PM CDT.

* At 733 PM CDT, a strong thunderstorm capable of producing waterspouts was located over Mississippi Sound East Of Pascagoula, or near Petit Bois Pass, moving southeast at 15 knots.

HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include... Dauphin Island Bridge, Western Dauphin Island, Central Dauphin Island, Petit Bois Pass, and Mississippi Sound East Of Pascagoula.
