* WHAT...Southeast winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph becoming Southwest.

* WHERE...City and Borough of Sitka.

* WHEN...From 9 AM this morning to 9 AM AKST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The gusty winds from the SE are expect Thursday. There will then be a brief break before winds increase again from the SW this time late Thursday night into Friday morning.
