* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. River or stream flows are elevated. Ponding of water in areas is occurring or is imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1042 AM AKDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain across the advisory area. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly, especially near Chena River. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.25 inches are possible in the advisory area. - For Chena River below Hunts Creek near Two Rivers : At 10:00am the stage was 14.9 feet. Flood Stage is 17.2 feet. Forecast: A crest around 16.2 feet is expected at 10:00am Friday.
- For Chena River below Moose Creek dam: At 10:00am the stage was 22.1 feet. Flood Stage is 24.5 feet. Forecast: A crest around 25.0 feet is expected at 4:00am Saturday.
- For Chena River near Two Rivers: At 10:00am the stage was 19.4 feet. Flood Stage is 19.5 feet. Forecast: A crest around 20.1 feet is expected at 10:00pm Thursday.
