* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 709 AM EDT, emergency management and law enforcement have reported multiple roads closed and possibly damaged within the warning area due to flooding that occurred last night. Most flooding of creeks and rivers has receded, but flooding continues along the Ararat River near the community of Ararat, as well as along Big Reed Island Creek in Carroll County. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Birds Branch, Ararat River, Big Reed Island Creek and Archies Creek. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
