At 1203 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing both tornadoes and extensive straight line wind damage were located along a line from 9 miles south of Lone Oak to over Mayfield, moving east at 45 mph. This storm produced radar confirmed damage near Lowes!
HAZARD...Tornado and Straight-Line Winds up to 100 mph!
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely.
Locations impacted include... Mayfield, Fancy Farm and Lowes.
