* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1131 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms repeating over the northern half of the county in particular. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Radar estimates between 1 and 2 inches of rain has already fallen across this area. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to possibly as much as 2 more inches are expected over the area.
