* IMPACTS...At 14.5 feet, Water breaches the TJ Evans bike trail west of Granville and floods storage buildings near the Granville water plant. Water also approaches the property of the Denison University power plant.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:00 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 14.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late this afternoon and continue falling, remaining below flood stage. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
