* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A low pressure system in the eastern Bering will continue to bring a strong fetch of southwesterlies into the Kuskokwim Delta Coast today and tonight. The highest water level increases will coincide with high tides this morning and this afternoon. Conditions will begin to improve overnight tonight into Wednesday morning as a strong low pressure system exits the region.
