At 755 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a gust front in association with a cluster of thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This gust front was located along a line extending from 11 nm northeast of Hillsborough Bay to near Anna Maria Island, moving west at 25 knots.
