At 1011 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 15 miles north of Roy, or 35 miles southwest of Zortman, moving northeast at 25 mph.

THIS IS A DESTRUCTIVE STORM FOR RURAL AREAS OF NORTHEASTERN FERGUS COUNTY.

HAZARD...Three inch hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be severely injured. Expect shattered windows, extensive damage to roofs, siding, and vehicles.

Locations impacted include... Winifred and Suffolk.
