* IMPACTS...At 30.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding will begin, and trails along the river begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 AM CDT Friday the stage was 24.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 30.3 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage late tonight. - Bankfull stage is 30.0 feet. - Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
