* Flash Flood Warning for... Southeastern Cochise County in southeastern Arizona...
* Until 730 PM MST.
* At 427 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing between 1 and 2 inches of heavy rain across the southern portions of the Chiricahua Mountains. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly, especially along Silver Creek and Danger Wash near Highway 80.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Mainly rural areas of Southeastern Cochise County.
This includes Route 80 between mile markers 376 and 391.
