At 233 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

Saratoga Springs, Milton, Ballston Spa, North Ballston Spa, Rock City Falls, Greenfield, Saratoga Race Course, Saratoga Performing Arts Center, Eddy Corners, Yaddo, Gilbert Corners, South Greenfield, Kings Station, Hickeys Corners, Factory Village, Travers Corners, Barnes Corners, North Milton, Milton Center and Pages Corner.

This includes the following streams and drainages... Cole Brook, Gordon Creek, Fish Creek, Mourning Kill, Kayaderosseras Creek, Spring Run, Slade Creek, Geyser Brook, Rowland Hollow Creek, Snook Kill, Wheeler Creek, Frink Brook, Glowegee Creek, Drummond Creek and Sucker Brook.
