* WHERE...Boston Harbor.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 8 AM EDT Friday. For the Gale Warning, from 8 AM Friday to 8 PM EDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
