Flash Flood Warning

At 634 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated that heavy rain due to thunderstorms had exited the warned area. However, water may be slow to recede due to 2 to 3 inches of rain that occurred today. Flash flooding concerns across the county remain.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Cairo, La Center, Barlow and Kevil.
