* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 821 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Mount Olivet, US Route 62 at State Route 875, Hittville, Santa Fe, US Route 62 at State Route 616, Kentontown, Piqua, Milford, Mitchells Mill, Petra, US Route 62 at State Route 19, Burika, Blue Licks Battlefield and Blue Licks Springs.
