HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

SOURCE...Observed wind.

IMPACT...Boaters in small craft could be thrown overboard by suddenly higher winds and waves capsizing their vessel.

Locations impacted include... Ewell, Tangier Sound, Smith Island, Southwest Middle Grounds, and Crisfield.
