* WHAT...For the first Small Craft Advisory, seas 6 to 9 ft. For the second Small Craft Advisory, east winds 15 to 25 kt and seas 6 to 8 ft expected. For the Gale Warning, east winds 30 to 40 kt with gusts up to 50 kt and seas 12 to 17 ft expected.

* WHERE...Cape Spencer to Cape Fairweather out to 15 NM.

* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 3 PM AKST this afternoon. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 9 PM this evening to 3 AM AKST Tuesday. For the Gale Warning, from 3 AM to 6 PM AKST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
