* WHAT...For the first Small Craft Advisory, seas 7 to 10 ft. For the second Small Craft Advisory, southeast winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and seas 6 to 11 ft expected. For the Gale Warning, east winds 30 to 40 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and seas 10 to 15 ft expected.
* WHERE...Cape Edgecumbe to Cape Spencer out to 15 NM.
* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 6 PM AKST this evening. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from midnight tonight to noon AKST Tuesday. For the Gale Warning, from noon to 6 PM AKST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
