* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 16.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 19.1 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
