* WHERE...Waters from Pt. St. George to Cape Mendocino CA from 10 to 60 nm.
* WHEN...For the Hazardous Seas Warning, from 7 AM to 8 PM PST Sunday. For the Small Craft Advisory, until 7 AM PST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Very large and hazardous seas could capsize or cause damage to vessels.
