* WHAT...Northeast winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt today. Seas 1 to 3 ft in the Lake and 5 to 8 feet in the Gulf. Winds and seas will increase slightly through early this week, peaking around 25 knots with occasional gusts to 35 knots. Seas are forecast to peek between 2 to 4 ft in the Lake and 6 to 9 feet in the Gulf.
