* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 312 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated another round of thunderstorms moving in and across southern Oakland county and into southern Macomb and northern Wayne counties. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are likely on top of 2 to 3 inches already fallen since 11 PM over the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
