* WHERE...A portion of south central Kentucky, including the following counties, McCreary, Wayne and Whitley.

* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms continue across the watch area. However, we are seeing diminishing coverage and expect this to continue over the next several hours.
