* WIND...West to northwest winds from 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.
* HUMIDITY...Daytime minimum RH between 5 and 10 percent. Recoveries tonight from 15 to 30 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
