* WHERE...Cape Spencer to Cape Fairweather from 15 to 85 NM and Cape Fairweather to Icy Cape from 15 to 80 NM.

* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 7 AM AKDT this morning. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 7 AM this morning to 10 PM AKDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
