* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 220 AM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... W A Wash, Wood Canyon, West Whitetail Creek, San Simon River, Hot Well Draw, O B Draw, Willow Spring Wash, Keating Creek, Oak Draw, Pinery Creek, Big Sand Wash, Owl Wash, Gold Gulch, Happy Camp Wash and Dial Wash. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Bowie and San Simon. - This includes the following highways... Route 191 between mile markers 88 and 100. Interstate 10 between mile markers 352 and 380.
