* IMPACTS...At 24.0 feet, Some county roads in the area will become flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:15 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 19.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to 23.5 feet by Friday evening. Additional rises are possible thereafter. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
