* WHAT...Flash flooding and areal flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of west central Illinois, including the following areas, Hancock, Henderson, McDonough and Warren, southeast Iowa, including the following areas, Des Moines, Henry IA, Jefferson, Lee and Van Buren, and northeast Missouri, including the following areas, Clark and Scotland.

* WHEN...From 7 AM CDT Sunday through Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
