* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1022 PM EDT, The automated gauge at McConnelsville on the Muskingum River was at 8 feet and falling. The forecast calls for the river to fall below 6 feet by daybreak Friday. Due to the recent dam replacement, the official flood stage is no longer representative of known impacts. Flooding of areas away from the gauge can be expected at lower stages. At a stage of 7.5 feet, sections of Route 669 above Malta, Cottonwood Drive just below McConnelsville, and other roads along the river flood. In addition, low-lying areas adjacent to the river, including recreational boat ramps, also experience flooding. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
