Severe Thunderstorm Warning

At 302 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm with a history of producing wind damage was located near Wilson-Conococheague, or 10 miles west of Hagerstown, moving east at 15 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Damaging winds will cause some trees and large branches to fall. This could injure those outdoors, as well as damage homes and vehicles. Roadways may become blocked by downed trees. Localized power outages are possible. Unsecured light objects may become projectiles.

Hagerstown, Thurmont, Municipal Stadium, Robinwood, Fountainhead-Orchard Hills, Smithsburg, Paramount-Long Meadow, Wilson-Conococheague, Williamsport, Mount Aetna, Long Meadow, Saint James, Halfway, Maugansville, Cavetown, Funkstown, Leitersburg, Clear Spring, Sabillasville, and Fort Ritchie.
